Dave
Hutchins is a marine biologist at the University of Delaware
in Lewes, Delaware. He travels extensively throughout the world
for his oceanography research projects, and manages to flyfish almost
everywhere he goes. His nearly 30 years of flyfishing experience
includes areas as diverse as the rainforests of the Amazon, the
high mountain lakes of Tasmania, and the remote rivers of Chilean
Patagonia. Dave has lived and worked on the South Island of New
Zealand for extended periods of time, and used his local knowledge
from hundreds of flyfishing trips in the region to write the house
guidebook for Waipahi River Home. Dave can be contacted by phone
at (302) 684-1874, by email at dahutch@udel.edu, or through his
marine science research webpage at:
